The Apple Core - Sauna Social

We're putting a sauna in the back yard. Two wood-fired Finnish sauna tents - whether you come with your friends or come on your own, the idea is to sit about, have a chat, pour some cold water over yourself and leave feeling great. Our mission is to make sauna accessible for everyone, and strip away some of the wellness chat. It's a tenner a go! Sessions are 50 minutes, and run within the hour. Please arrive at least fifteen minutes before your time slot so that we can start your session promptly Arrive even earlier and have a lovely coffee and cake from our friends George and Amy at the Apple Core Changing cubicles available on site, water and cold shower available.
